We accept returns on unopened, unused, and resealable supplements within 14 days of your order date.

To be eligible for a return:

We accept returns on unopened, unused supplements with the seal still intact within 14 days of your order date.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase
• You must include your order number inside the return package

How to Return an Item

Please contact info@biorevive.co.uk to request the return address before sending your item back.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We do not provide return labels
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund for:

• The original product value
• The original outbound postage

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

⚠️ Returns received without an order number included in the package cannot be processed, as we will be unable to identify the order.
