4-IN-1 - Seamoss, Shilajit, Lions Mane, Ashwagandha

I have noticed differences in how I feel in general. I feel calmer and things that would have bothered me in the past don’t bother me as much. I feel a bit more cleared headed at work and I am sleeping so much better. I’m really pleased.

After two weeks I am yet to really see a change but maybe too early.

Sure I felt a different, brain felt sharp and body felt like it had woke up . Do you do a sleep product? A gripe is it cost 4 quid in shipping

I have to say I’ve been taking them for just over a week now and have seen no change at all I will continue for a month and then see what’s going on

Absolute waste of money....made no difference whatsoever and when asked for a refund after my first pack I was told " the benefits are not necessarily something you will physically feel or visibly notice"....wow

Ok not as good as the resin

I have recently purchased. As of yet I have not seen any change. However I will update in another 2 months to allow the product time to get into my system. As regards the company they are easy to deal with and quick with orders placed.

Since using the 4 in 1 tablets, I have noticed an increase in daytime alertness, I don’t feel as tired at 15:00 like I used to, I am only just into week 2 so I’m looking for additional al changes.

Can’t say these capsules are doing anything for me other than making me bloated and retaining water. I’ve put on 2kg since I started taking them!

I was sceptical at first as so many products are put there but this is definitely the product for me
