Started these last week, already noticed a difference. Sleep has improved greatly, stay asleep all night, also feel better in myself as overall I feel focused, calmer & more energy. I'm pleased.

Genuinely thrilled at how well I feel. I’ve had to WFH last 8 weeks due to breaking my foot & being sat at a desk day in day out with no one to talk to can’t tell you how my stress anxiety & lack of sleep levels have been . I saw the add thought nothing to loose but huge change in my wellbeing even things that would stress me out at work with deadlines I’m much calmer & my abdomen is less bloated no acid reflux & first week slept a whole 5 hours unheard of for me xx

Great product! Been taking it for 14 days and I can honestly say that I have more energy, my sleep is better and I have more focus. Wiill definitely be buying again!

It's still a little early for me to start feeling the full effects if any. I seemed to go large toilet quite a lot for a few days. Not sure if that is a side effect ? My wife will update me on my memory no doubt :)
I've been talking these for around 3 weeks and I've not noticed a big difference, but it is early days, so I'm planning to continue to see if I need to be taking them for longer to get the full benefits.
I haven't been taking them long so I can't say if I feel any different but I thought I was getting the cut extreme
Not sure these are for me I've tried them for 2 weeks at different times of the day,find they make me extremely tired within the hour and my moods seem all over with them thought they might help with menopausal symptoms but not for me.Will try them again at some point as I bought 3 months worth and it may have just been the wrong time of the month to try them
