Haven’t noticed anything yet as only been using for a week or so after using injections since Xmas.
Been taking them for 2 weeks, haven't got weight yet but can notice a difference on parts of my body, and have more energy too.

What can you say did what it says I took the first one about 30 minutes before my dinner and wow all the hunger cravings went had a small salad and couldn’t eat all my dinner then the same at tithe evening and same affect, I’ve lost 2lbs in a week so I’ll give it the month to see where I go with it would recommend, it’s not a diet it just helps take away the cravings

Does what it says on the packet. 1 pill kills my cravings till about mid afternoon which is brilliant. It also gives you the option to take another pill late afternoon so it has fitted my needs perfectly.
