Great tablets had them before bit then stopped die yo health issues so bought more to keep loosing weight and stop feeling bloated
Been using for a couple of months with mixed results.
Some days they do stifle cravings, some days not.
My honest opinion is i dont really know if its working like the way it was hyped that you will loose a lot in a week. I go to the gym,walk at least a minimum of 6k steps per day and have since stopped eating sweet food and lots of carbs, and eating late i.e after 5pm. I was hoping the product was going to help me lose at least a minimum of 1kg per week as I know I gained this weight over a period of time but unfortunately no and I am a bit heartbroken. Its been a whole good week so will come back with a month review.

Absolute no change in appetite or energy
I'm a large woman weighing in at 17st 7lbs. I wanted to loose a few pounds b4 going away for a long weekend I only leftmyself 4 days! I took the xtreme duo for those 4 days and lost 6lbs this was with a good diet and exercise (walking) didn't have any side effects other than feeling warm but I am perimenapauseal so it could be that, I stopped taking the duo over my weekend away, I'm back on them now so I hope to see good results going forward.
