Not really seen a difference to be honest, I will say was easy to buy and was posted out fairly quick so they are positives just not seen evidence to suggest it’s working yet but will see

I got these in February/March.. I didn't change my diet or even take them everyday. I only started to work out about 3 weeks ago.

I’m only about half way through my first pack, so can’t really say much as these things probably take time. Do notice a little more energy, and less lethargic.

It's fantastic product. I've been taking it for some time now. It helped me suppress the hunger, helped me with better sleep, I'm not bloated anymore. It's fantastic a day definitely recommend this product

Two packs used now and my 6 year old also noticed I have lost weight, I feel great, the energy is there too.

I think there has to be a bit more guidance about how and when to use it. I’ve been using it for six weeks now and have only noticed minimal weight loss. Some guidance about when to use ittandem with exercise would be helpful.

I was quite sceptical about taking this supplement but after day 2 it has helped me with my sugar addiction. I take two day one in the morning and one early afternoon. I can’t rate this product enough.

Trying not to get to excited cus only been having them a week but my hunger pains have basically disappeared for most of the day and I am down to 2 meals a day which ive started to reduce the size of. I hope they continue to work like this then il be so happy

So far so good, I tried 1 a day for 3 days as written on the back of the packet and then started to take 2 a day, I really like how I don’t need coffee now I just take these and I’m good to go! I like that I don’t feel unwell or dizzy after..
